Our Polices
COLE'S CONCESSIONS will arrive at your location early to set up.

We will have all equipment needed for the event. This includes machines, tables, tent (if needed), electric cords, generator (if needed at additional fee), and any helpers we might need. If you want prizes for the games they are an extra fee, just let us know. This will leave you free to enjoy your event.

We do require a deposit of 50% to hold the date for you, and the balance when we arrive at the event. If the event is rained out the deposit may be used for new date, but if you cancel less than 2 weeks before the event 1/2 of deposit will be forfeited.

Events over 60 miles from our home will have a $20.00 travel charge. Sorry this is due to the high cost of gas.

We must charge a 10% damage waver on the rental of the moon bounce and games, this is non refundable. The reason for this is so we may keep our equipment in top shape.

If you want a date during our busy time book early and get your deposit in early this is the only way we can hold the date.

We charge a $35.00 fee for any bounced checks which will need to be paid in cash plus the cost of the check. If you bounce a check and try to book again, the only way we will be able to book you is cash in full up front.
